Hello, I moved into my apartment sometime around the New Year of 2007 for my lease beginning on the first of January, 2007. For the first time, I decided to enlist the services of a moving company. Accolades.

Alpha International Movers was one of several companies that I called while searching under the listing of Movers in the local Yellow Book.

From the very outset of our business dealings, Linda, the company secretary, was very courteous and helpful with an impressive attention to detail.

After business hours, on the evening prior, I left messages with each one of Alpha's major national competitors listed in the Yellow Book. Linda responded immediately the next morning. Alpha was the first company to respond. I did not receive any response at all from 2 out of 4 of their major competitors.

After setting an appointment with Linda, Foreman Chris Rodriguez showed up promptly the very next day to conduct a very honorable and reasonable estimate of costs.

I have a bad habit of putting-off everything until the last minute. Mr. Rodriguez was able to schedule my move for the following day!

On the day of the move I was truly amazing at how the 3-man moving team had such an impressive and structured operation that ran effectively, efficiently and with great speed!

The entire move, pick up and delivery, were completed in under 6 hours-and I have a lot of heavy stuff and I also had them do a lot of packing. My pictures and artwork alone took one man several hours to wrap with protective bubble paper. They also managed to take a 30 minute lunch break.

The moving team consisted of the Foreman Chris Rodriguez, Scott and Pete. Chris and Scott were especially impressive with their systematic and professional approach throughout the entire process. It doesn't take a businessman to see that they have a genuine old-school dedication to their craft. It was like watching masters at work.

Companies like Alpha International Movers are hard to find these days. They represent the old-school American Spirit and what capitalism is all about - that a company is only as good as its employees. Unfortunately, these days they are the exception, not the rule.

Thank-yu for changing my move from a stressful undertaking to an (almost) enjoyable adventure!
